Capability cards, and how the score adds up
Capability cards and the match score: what the score reads and how to move it.
Capability cards on every plan; the itemised score on Tracker and up.
A tender page: the match score with every point itemised, the AI deep read, and what the buyer has paid before.
Plans: Every plan; the itemised score on Tracker and up; the AI deep read on Regional Pro and up.
Jack is an AI presenter. Each video is filmed on Helm Tender's real screens, in the Guided view, with a demo company.
G'day. I'm Jack, your Helm Tender helper. Every opportunity opens into a full page.
Ten minutes here is usually enough to decide: save, skip, or phone the buyer. Read the badges before the body: the source portal, the closing time in Brisbane time, and any set-aside, with a check against your own profile. Then the match rationale: the score, one plain sentence on why, and any gaps to watch.
Under it, How the score adds up itemises every point. On the Tracker plan and up, you see every line. On Regional Pro and up, the AI deep read has a language model read the tender against your profile.
It may only add what keywords cannot see, such as an implied certification or the scale of delivery, and every finding cites its evidence. It is metered monthly, and the button shows what you have left. On National Pro and Bid Desk, your own red-flag criteria ride along.
Each hit comes back as a word-for-word quote. Criteria never change a score. The right column is the buyer's side: the source record, and the typical awarded value for comparable work, from published award records.
That band is history, not a price to bid. Watch this buyer flags their future notices. On Queensland Government tenders, a policy panel summarises what the Queensland Procurement Policy means for a supplier.
Whether each item applies is the buyer's call, and the panel says so. Then act. Save to watchlist opens the workspace path.
Add close date to calendar sets reminders at seven, three and one days. Open on the source portal, where the documents and lodgement live. Or mark it not interested, which teaches the feed and can be undone.
The score states fit. The decision is yours, and it is never a chance of winning. That's all for today.
Bye for now.
