Capability cards, and how the score adds up

Capability cards and the match score: what the score reads and how to move it.

Decide2:11

Plans: Capability cards on every plan; the itemised score on Tracker and up.

Jack is an AI presenter. Each video is filmed on Helm Tender's real screens, in the Guided view, with a demo company.

What Jack says

G'day. I'm Jack, your Helm Tender helper. Your Company Profile is fed.

Today we look at what it feeds: the match score, and how to move it. Under the tags sit your capability cards, one per service line. They are the words your matching and your drafts actually read.

Long material is welcome: paste it, and Distil this to the essence writes the short version, which you correct before saving. Then past performances: projects with clients, values, dates and measurable outcomes. This is the strongest evidence a government evaluator scores, and it feeds scoring, drafting and your capability statement.

Save a change and Helm Tender rescores your whole feed on the spot, and tells you how many scores moved. No silent changes, ever. Now open a tender.

Under the headline sits How the score adds up. It itemises every point: the fixed signals from your company details, the labelled reading of your whole profile, and the deductions for products or accreditations your profile does not evidence. No black box.

On the Tracker plan and up, you see every line. Under the breakdown, Helm Tender says what would move this score: a tag to confirm, a past performance to add, a region preference to set. If you disagree with a line, the fix is usually in your profile, not in the feed.

One more thing. Was this match relevant takes a one-tap verdict. It is not bid or no bid.

It says whether the score was right, and it helps tune your future matching. That is how the score adds up: your profile in, a number from zero to one hundred out, worked out the same way every time, never a chance of winning. That's all for today.

Bye for now.
