What comes out of Helm, and what goes in.

Helm is built to hand your work to the tools you already use, in files those tools open, and to take your tender packs in the same way. This page lists every door.

Out of Helm

• CSV of your shortlist. Every opportunity you track, with its score, closing date, buyer, source portal and link, as a spreadsheet file from the Opportunities screen. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and any CRM importer.
• Calendar files for closing dates. One click adds a tender's closing date to your calendar as a standard event file, and your whole watchlist can be added the same way. Works with Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
• DOCX response export. The response you build in a workspace exports as a Word document, section by section, in your own wording, for final editing and lodgement on the portal.
• Email digest and reminders. A daily digest of new matches, and reminders at 7, 3 and 1 days before a tracked tender closes, to the address on your account. Every email links back to the source portal.
• Feasibility brief and quad chart. A one-page brief per tender and a company quad chart, both printable, from the workspace and the profile.

Into Helm

• Tender packs. Upload your copy of the pack, as the portal zip or individual PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, MD and CSV files, obtained under your own portal registration. Helm reads the text so requirements stay traceable to sheet and row, and tells you which files in a zip it could not read.
• Your capability statement. As a PDF or plain text at onboarding, and again whenever it changes.
• Email into the workspace. On plans with seats, each workspace has its own address; forward a buyer's email or an addendum and it lands on the tender it belongs to.
• Your own opportunities. A private tender, a quote request or an ICN work package you paste in becomes a workspace like any portal tender, visible only to your account.
