Start here, your Company Profile

G'day. I'm Jack, your Helm Tender helper. Before Helm Tender can show you a single tender worth your time, it needs to know what you do.

That is the Company Profile, and it is the most important ten minutes you will spend here. Every match score, every draft, every capability statement starts on this page. The gauge at the top sweeps from red to green and tells you where you stand.

Start with the company details: your ABN, every industry you genuinely work in, your size and your primary region. These drive the fixed half of every score. Then the Capabilities tab.

Upload your capability statement. It is read in your browser and never leaves your machine. Helm Tender proposes tags: here is what we think you do.

If your website is on file, it fills the gaps the statement left. It never replaces what you uploaded. Now the part that matters: confirm or edit the tags.

Nothing changes your matching until you confirm. When you save, Helm Tender rescores your whole feed and tells you how many scores moved. Set your preferences: the contract values you chase, the agencies and regions you prefer, and the work you do not do, which becomes a visible penalty, never a hidden filter.

With that done, Today comes alive: the scores you saw in the last episode are read straight from this profile. When a score feels wrong, the fix is usually here, not in the feed. That is your Company Profile.
