What a year of tendering costs, and returns, at your numbers.
Six sliders, all yours: how many tenders you could price, your win rate, the contract value, the hours a bid takes, what an hour costs you, and the share of poor fits you would skip once every tender is scored. The page does the arithmetic and shows its working. It does not predict wins.
Every number is yours; the only assumption is the share you skip, and you set it. Nothing here is a promise about what Helm wins you.
How to read it
Revenue is your bids a year, times your win rate, times the average contract. The cost of bidding is every bid, times the hours, times your hourly cost. The third bar is the bid cost you avoid by not pricing the tenders that were never a fit: the share is the one assumption on this page, and you set it. Helm scores every open tender 0 to 100 against your capability statement with each point named, so the skip decision is yours with the reasons in front of you, never a verdict from the machine.
Prices for Helm itself are on the pricing page, five tiers from free, so you can set this saving against the cost yourself. How the score is built is on how it works.
