Jack is an AI presenter. Each video is filmed on Helm Tender's real screens, in the Guided view, with a demo company.
G'day. I'm Jack, your Helm Tender helper. Every tender asks for paperwork: insurance certificates, licences, policies, CVs.
The Ready Room is where you keep it current, so you never scramble for a certificate again. The top line counts what is on file, what needs a look and what is not on file. Below it the register is grouped: insurance, identity and licences, safety, quality and continuity, governance, financial, people, delivery.
Each row says held, expiring, review due, expired, or not on file. Counts only. It is not a score and not a compliance check.
Add to library opens the Evidence Library with the document type preselected. Title, type, issue date, expiry date. Select several files at once and the dates apply to the batch.
On National Pro and above, Drop the lot goes further. Drop a zip or a stack of mixed files, and Helm Tender reads each one and proposes its type, the register document it stands for, a title and the dates it found. One review screen, every field editable, one confirm.
Nothing is added until you confirm. Then the expiry watch works for you: a reminder at sixty, thirty and seven days before a document expires, and a banner here. A civil contractor does not need a working-with-children check.
Mark it Not needed: your mark, never Helm Tender's guess. Obtain marks a document someone else issues. Draftable marks one a business writes from its own facts.
On National Pro and Bid Desk, a draftable row carries Draft with Helm: a short interview, one question at a time, and a draft written from your answers only, with every unsourced spot marked for you to confirm. Download it, or save it to your library. And the loop closes.
The Ready Room feeds the readiness line on every profile tab, and a document due for review shows up in what changed on Today. That's all for today. Bye for now.
