G'day. I'm Jack, your Helm Tender helper. Buyers ask for a capability statement before they ask for anything else.
Helm Tender builds yours from the profile you have already filled in, in your own colours. It starts on the Branding tab: your logo, a tagline, a short about-us paragraph, and your colours, picked visually or pasted as hex codes. If your website is on file, Draft these from your website writes a first pass of the tagline and the paragraph for you to correct.
Then open the capability statement. A brand band, your registration facts, what you deliver as numbered cards, and recent work from your past performances. Print, or save as PDF, and it paginates cleanly to A4, ready to attach to any tender.
It is assembled live from the profile. Change a capability card or add a project, and the document changes with it. Nothing to redesign.
On Bid Desk there is a second format, the quad chart: one landscape page in four boxes. Who you are, what you do, what you have delivered, and why you. It is what a buyer scans at a briefing with two minutes to spare.
Anything the profile does not carry shows as a fill marker, never an invention. Two of the boxes are drafted by AI from the same facts, and they wear an AI draft label until you review and save them. A half-filled page reads worse than none, so resolve every marker before it travels.
That's all for today. Bye for now.
