Readiness: are you ready to bid?

G'day. A good score gets a tender onto your list. Whether you can actually bid is a different question, and that is what the Readiness tab answers.

The Readiness tab shows the twelve things buyers ask for before they read a single answer: registrations and paperwork, quality and safety systems, capability, track record, financial capacity, people, local content, diversity, cyber, environment, governance and bid discipline. Each card is marked Present, Partial or Missing from what is on file, with a link to the surface that closes the gap. Green when everything is ticked, sand when partly evidenced, a soft red while nothing is.

If a criterion does not apply to you, mark it Doesn't apply to us. The card turns blue and leaves the count until you bring it back. It is a mirror of your evidence, never a score of your chances.

Under each criterion a documents line counts what is held, what needs a look and what is missing, and links to the Ready Room. The same counts sit in the readiness strip on every profile tab. On National Pro and above, Read my documents does the heavy lifting.

It reads your Evidence Library and proposes answers, each one showing the file and the sentence it came from. Tick what is right, edit anything, confirm. Nothing changes until you do.

Then, on any tender workspace, Documents this tender asks for shows what this particular pack wants, against what you hold. Gaps become a working list you can put dates on. That is readiness: not a promise, a mirror.
