Who builds it
Helm is built and operated by AI Compass Pty Ltd (ABN 51 673 500 868), an Australian AI consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. AI Compass works with businesses, chambers of commerce and regional institutions on practical AI adoption, and Helm grew out of that work. The rules we hold the product to
Helm has one internal rule that outranks every feature: honesty is load-bearing. Every score is itemised so you can check our working. Helm never asserts you are eligible for a round — it surfaces the guidelines' own rules and remembers your verdicts. Checked facts are labelled checked, declared facts declared. Nothing is called live unless a feed genuinely refreshes. If those standards ever slip, we consider that a bug with the same severity as a crash.
